I had a terrible experience at this salon. After describing very well what I wanted done with my hair over the phone making the appointment and again when I arrived for the services, my stylist did the exact opposite. Awful chunky highlights and a blunt cut with no layers or bangs like I asked. She said it was because I had purchased the Groupon, so she wasn't able to do my hair the way I wanted with that. Why she didn't inform me when I made the appointment, or told me I needed to pay more for what I wanted, I don't know.
