I cannot even begin to praise this company enough!!! I spent 3 years with dealing with water in our 150 year old stone basement and struggled to find a company who knew what they were doing. I finally ended up calling Never Wet, and Joesph came out for the initial inspection. I immediately trusted him and we made the decision to go ahead.Juan and his crew started work the week before Christmas which I thought would be stressful, but they were incredible! I have a dog and cats which they were so friendly with, they chatted with my kids, but most importantly, worked SO incredibly hard and always cleaned up for the day. Kevin and his team did a pretty extensive waterproofing job for us this summer: indoor perimeter drainage and sump pump in the unfinished part of our basement, exterior waterproofing on the finished part of our basement, and a drain in front of our attached garage. We were very satisfied with all the work, and very impressed with the crew, and the way they cleaned up each day before heading out. Months later, unrelated to the previous work they did for us, we were opening up a wall in the finished part of the basement and came across something in the block wall that we weren’t sure was a problem or not. Neverwet was great. Our basement had been wet for 35 years. Nothing seemed to help. Neverwet was considerably less expensive than their big competitor. Kevin told us what they would do and they did exactly what they promised. The crew was really pleasant and professional. Over a year after they completed the job, my basement is still bone dry. The difference is incredible. We can actually use and store things in our basement now. We wish we would have had Neverwet do the job years earlier.
