I cannot even begin to praise this company enough!!! I spent 3 years with dealing with water in our 150 year old stone basement and struggled to find a company who knew what they were doing. I finally ended up calling Never Wet, and Joesph came out for the initial inspection. I immediately trusted him and we made the decision to go ahead.Juan and his crew started work the week before Christmas which I thought would be stressful, but they were incredible! I have a dog and cats which they were so friendly with, they chatted with my kids, but most importantly, worked SO incredibly hard and always cleaned up for the day. Now that the job is done, my house feels healthier and I have peace of mind when it rains.Highly recommend!!!!

Kevin and his team did a pretty extensive waterproofing job for us this summer: indoor perimeter drainage and sump pump in the unfinished part of our basement, exterior waterproofing on the finished part of our basement, and a drain in front of our attached garage. We were very satisfied with all the work, and very impressed with the crew, and the way they cleaned up each day before heading out. Months later, unrelated to the previous work they did for us, we were opening up a wall in the finished part of the basement and came across something in the block wall that we weren’t sure was a problem or not. We trusted Kevin to truthfully tell us if it was a real problem that would require his services, or if it wasn’t something to worry about. We were under a bit of a time crunch and Kevin came out the same day as our phone call, and confirmed it was nothing to worry about. We would definitely recommend NeverWet, and they will be our first call if we ever have issues again.

Neverwet was great. Our basement had been wet for 35 years. Nothing seemed to help. Neverwet was considerably less expensive than their big competitor. Kevin told us what they would do and they did exactly what they promised. The crew was really pleasant and professional. Over a year after they completed the job, my basement is still bone dry. The difference is incredible. We can actually use and store things in our basement now. We wish we would have had Neverwet do the job years earlier.

Neverwet Basement Waterproofing just helped me restore the basement of a 110 year old 2 family home that I own in Rochester. Everyone from the salesman, to the production team, to ownership (who even stopped out to introduce himself and thank me for the business) was great. It's not too often you deal with a company that actually does what they say they are going to do, and do it with the utmost level of professionalism. Kevin and his crew did an absolutely first rate job of installing a new perimeter drainage system and sump pump in my basement. The gentleman who did the work were pleasant to deal with and went about their business without any drama or fuss. Tarps were used to cover our belongings and were also put down thru the area of the house they were using to access the basement. If I had a question, Kevin was very good about getting back to me in a timely manner. There were no surprises.If you need this type of work done, I can't imagine there is another company in Rochester who would do a better job than Neverwet. From the sales rep. to the manager to the work crew, headed by a wonderful young man (Jordan), a great job was done by all. This is hard, grueling work, and these men did it in just a superior manner. Would recommend this company 100% to anyone with wet basement problems.

My daughter had her basement waterproofed, and a sump pump added. Kevin (owner) was at the initial meeting, day 1 of the work beginning, and available at any time throughout. When my daughter was given the quote, he encouraged her to only do the inside work and not the outside, rather than trying to upsell her for something he didn't feel she needed.Jordon, who was the leader of the crew doing the work, is extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns either myself or my daughter might have had. They even removed a cabinet out of the basement for her so she could dispose of it.
