This place is incredibly unprofessional. My issues began when I came in for highlights three months ago. At that time, I scheduled a follow-up appointment and was told I’d receive reminders leading up to it. Fast forward three months…no reminders, no confirmation calls, absolutely nothing.
Then, on the day of the appointment (10 minutes after it was supposed to start), I received a call saying I missed it and they would be charging my card $135. I explained that I never received any kind of reminder or notification and offered to come in later that week instead. They said they had to “check with their manager,” only to call back and insist on charging me anyway.
I told them good luck and that my card stays locked for situations exactly like this. They ended up getting no money and no business from me, when they could’ve easily rescheduled and kept a customer. Instead, they chose to be inflexible and unaccommodating.
If you value professionalism, transparency, or just basic courtesy—go somewhere else!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Maxim today! I had two services, a facial and a pedicure. Emma was amazing! The facial was great. I can’t say enough about it! Highly recommend.

my wife went in for mini-pedi for self and a friend. Emma and Meagan were just great! Many choices of colors; we both chose colors I wouldn't have expected and are very happy with them. Nice foot massage. Good advice about my oddball toenails! The ladies were fun to talk to as well. The hour-long appt. felt like about 10 minutes.

Unexperienced staff members.. honestly could've done their services myself. Nail techs don't even fully service hands or feet, blotchy nail polish, didn't even clean up the cuticles. The lady that I had said she didn't eat in 2 days like it's my problem when im there to relax. I couldn't even get through what I wanted for myself because it was frustrating at how unprofessional the staff here was. I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the previous reviews I read prior to coming here but nope all the 1 stars are true. 100% would not recommend coming here if you're trying to pamper yourself.. Truly disappointing. Please do better

Wonderful experience! Salon was so clean and organized and the staff was super friendly and inviting. Loved my highlight/lowlight, cut and style done by Toni! If I could give it 10 stars I would!
