Today on 11/6/2024 the maintenance team including Ken and Francisco came to my home to investigate a bat situation in the basement and with great teamwork between the both of these men they were able to find the bat and safely remove it from my home! They definitely went the extra extent and it was greatly appreciated! Maintenance team is always on top of things, they truly do a great job! For Ken and Francisco..THANK YOU!!! ?
