I’ve used this company twice and both times I was very happy with their promptness, professionalism and quality of work. The owner, Andy, made swift accommodations for each of my issues which got me out of a bind. This small family run business is an asset to our Rochester community, no doubt!
Omar came out the next day after calling the prior day to see our plumbing issue and give me quote. Let me know time he would come out. Came out during time slot given. Saw the issue, gave me a quote and he was able to start the job. Very professional, explained what he had done. Thank you for coming out right away.
Matt and Leone Plumbing saved the day! I discovered the hot water heater at my elderly mothers’s house was leaking and was in a total panic as I had to leave for my house in NJ. Matt came out to the house early the next morning and replaced the hot water heater that morning. He was so kind to also lock up the door in the basement when he left. I can’t thank you enough !
