This morning was my first visit to Lang Dental. Walking in and checking in with Cynthia was like talking with a long time friend! She was so pleasant and upon check out, she was very thorough in explaining anything needing explaining.
I met with Dr. Jess. Having dental trauma from years past, I was a ball of anxiety. Dr. Jess made me feel comfortable from her introducing herself all the way through an exam, X-rays and discussing a future plan going forward. She was very understanding of my concerns and did not pressure me to most expensive treatments. She offered to write up and email me a treatment plan. So I guess the biggest compliment one can give is referring friends and family to the Lang group. Which I have done with very happy results. They are down to earth, friendly and professional.
