He was very polite. He had to go to the store and he had to have someone open the store. I had to pay them to open the stiore. I didn’t Luke that we had no heat Friday and Saturday.
We had such a positive experience so far with our 1931 house. When Mary Ann and Kali helped me over the phone, it felt like I was talking to friends who had a knack for old homes and the perfect advice for our needs. When Chase came to inspect our home for an energy audit, his knowledge of what was needed made us feel very secure that our house would be in good hands. When more information was needed for our application, Chase made sure that he kept after us to get our documentation in properly. Bobby arrived on time and was polite, respectful and professional. He took his time thoroughly explaining his recommendations and didn’t pressure me in any way. He was efficient in servicing my boiler and making the necessary repairs. He went above and beyond to be certain the system was safely operating and that I was satisfied with his service.
