As a result of some reading about mindfulness and sleep over the holiday break, I decided it was finally time to dip my toe into the world of CBD! After dropping off some returns at the UPS store next door, I found myself in Hemp It Up. The store is super inviting and you are welcomed by some vegan, organic wear - including hats, scarves, bags and more. I headed over to the large section labelled CBD and started my quest. I didn't catch the name of the person working, but I had a lot of questions, and she was SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL than the internet!! They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always very polite and helpful. Oh, and when you're done you can go to the Bodymind Float Center next door--owned by the same person who owns the Hemp store. The tanks are so great, a very peaceful and relaxing experience. And there too the staff is always so pleasant and helpful.

Hemp it Up has a very knowledge staff that can provide information about the uses and health benefits of CBD and various hemp products, answer a diversity of customer questions about hemp/CBD, and direct first time users towards a product to help with their particular needs. I've had great success with the Receptra - turmeric/CBD tincture, and CBD topical balm treating general inflammation, swelling and pain from physical activity (running, hiking, etc).
