I've been to Hazel twice now. I initially had a consultation and told her I wanted to cover my grays. She told me all the options such as rinse, Demi-permanent and permanent and told me the pros and cons of each. She didn't try to force anything on me and let me decide. She clearly explained what to expect when I chose just a color rinse and sure enough the outcome was exactly what she said it'll be. During my appointment I also told her I'd been cutting my own hair for years and wanted to keep my length but get rid of as much split ends as possible. She did exactly that and didn't cut too much.
