I am extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of the work and product and am very glad I decided to get these windows! I own an older home that was built in the 1920's and the basement windows hadn't been updated in probably decades. One window was made from plexiglass and cheap wood and they all constantly leaked air, which made for very cold winters. Upon completion, I was ecstatic with what I was seeing. Jeff, the installer, made sure to take the time and smooth out all the masonry and do a little custom work for a couple windows to accommodate for what I needed.
