They are great to deal with, excellent pricing and very trustworthy people. As for the people with negative experiences, in my opinion- they have a very dry sense of humor which may be misinterpreted from a new customer but these are great people who are very friendly and nice.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff, they usually have what I need, they can build assortments for you, and the pricing is definitely fair. I do not feel taken advantage of on the pricing. Great little hole in the wall place, my go to for industrial supplies, automotive fasteners, and miscellaneous hardware, loctite, etc. If you need it, they either have it or they can get it. It’s like fastenall but way better.
