Sealing gutters to prevent drips at corners. Work allegedly done Dec 2. Work is not complete. He automatically took the rest of the money using my credit card that I gave for downpayment. I have called at least 8 times. Answering machine works but no one is returning the calls. His proposal says "two year guarantee on work." He was recommended by a large company that didn't do small jobs - like mine. I notified them right away!I might send a certified letter and think or small claims court.
