Kent Burman, my technician, was excellent! He was thorough and used his time here efficiently. He did the annual maintenance on my furnace, A/C and tankless hot water heater all in 1 hr and 30 mins. Previously I’ve had other technicians that took 4 hours to complete the same amount of work that he did in 1.5 hrs. which includes cleaning up afterwards and not leaving any mess. He is knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. I’d give him an A++ review.
I had my own furnace filters so I didn’t have any cost for today’s service which is totally covered under my service plan.
I had a small faucet leak that turned out to be nothing, but I was also in need of a replacement emergency shut off valve, and Zach Crum replaced both hot and cold water shutoffs. He was polite, friendly, thorough, and very professional.
As always excellent service and job well done. The electricians did an excellent job adding and replacing outlets and additional breakers in my garage. I also hired Halco to service my aging AC unit! Always professional and a pleasure to work with.
