He summarized the two rebates for which we were eligible and outlined the process involved in completing the three parts of the work in our contract. Kent Burman, my technician, was excellent! He was thorough and used his time here efficiently. He did the annual maintenance on my furnace, A/C and tankless hot water heater all in 1 hr and 30 mins. Previously I’ve had other technicians that took 4 hours to complete the same amount of work that he did in 1.5 hrs. which includes cleaning up afterwards and not leaving any mess. He is knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. I’d give him an A++ review.
I had my own furnace filters so I didn’t have any cost for today’s service which is totally covered under my service plan.
