“We had a great experience with Long for a roof replacement. Our roof was crazy steep and difficult and we had multiple absurdly high quotes and companies that said they wouldn’t even do it. But Long was knowledgeable, confident, and well priced. The roof turned out great and everyone on the team was friendly and professional. Special shout out to our project manager Brandon who helped everything run smoothly with great communication and attention to detail. Our only complaint was experiencing some difficulty in timeliness and clarity of communication with the office but it all got resolved and it seems like they’re working on that.“

Adding to this, it turns out that our previous roofer didn't do a very good job with the flashing around its base. This combination was causing water to leak into our attic.
