Titan installed our heat pump so we get free AC service visits for the first 10 years.. Nick did an AC service visit today - he was very efficient and personable. We have had Titan, and it's predecessor company, do all of our heating and AC work over the past 30 years and have been very happy with the quality of their work.

Aaron came in and introduced himself answered all my questions and went to work cleaning my furnace. He has a great personality and knows his business. I will call for him again in the spring to cleaning my air conditioner.

We couldn't have had a better experience having a major service installed in our home -- central AC in a 1910 house. Titan was the only company that did due diligence from the very beginning and offered a great deal for a type of AC that no one else said was possible in our old home. The guys who did the installation were very professional, worked as a tight-knit team, and kept us in the loop about every step. There were absolutely no surprises. Sorry to see them go. Job well done guys!
