Having gone to an optometrist since I was very young, I knew I preferred a solo practice that emphasized relationship, versus a chain that often has a revolving door of newly graduated doctors.

I agree with the other customers regarding the thoroughness of Merk and rhe cortous and politeness of his supporting staff. I give a 4 star because even though Mark replaced my lenses due to very light tint of the transition feature free of charge.
The replacement lenses trasitions did no improve significant. Then I conclude that the issue.is low quality transitions lenses either ehen they apply over the surface of the lens or enveded in the lens. Would I'll do business? Certainly I will as long as I don't need transitions.
Came to Eye Appeal for my first ever eye exam & had a fantastic experience!! All of the staff are super friendly & so helpful. Dr. Kennedy was awesome explaining everything to me during the exam & answered all my questions. Mark was fantastic helping me pick out frames that actually flattered & fit my face perfectly. The two receptionists, Joyce & Nadine, are so kind & fun to chat with. All around great vibe & very relaxing atmosphere. Also feels good to patronize a local community business.
