I am always leery of working with a new contractor. After getting several estimates I decided to go with Exceptional Exteriors. I couldn't have made a better decision! Jessie came out for the estimate and arranged everything. He was professional, accommodating to my requests and schedule, the gutters look amazing, everything was cleaned up and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.
Everyone I spoke with and that did the work were great. They explained everything and they didn’t talk down to us like some companies might because we were women. Jessie was very helpful and very thorough in his work as were the rest of the crew. We have already hired them again.
Exceptional Exteriors is not just their name, but their way of doing business. The initial estimate to job completion was a wonderful experience.
The initial estimate with Jessie was great. He was not pushy or distracted. He is friendly, personable, and very patient with all my questions. He stayed involved throughout the entire process. He made sure the process went smooth and that I was happy. Every time I had a question, he was never was bothered and answered my questions immediately.
