Since moving to Rochester, we've worked with Empire for both a boiler replacement, and an installation of a new mini-split A/C system. On both installations, the team was courteous and friendly. While we had some issues with the boiler after installation, they were always quick to follow up and fix/patch any leaks. They treat us like family. Our A/C installation went smoothly and works perfectly for our home.
Empire installed a new furnace and AC. Great job, decent pricing. Crew did the work quicker than anticipated, super pro work. Will work with them again for anything related to HVAC. Did the work needed to ensure a lifetime customer.
