I am very pleased with Empire, and trust them completely for heating, air and plumbing. My Rheem furnace and air conditioning units perform well. Empire responds the same day for emergency situations. I had an emergency a few weeks ago, the main sewer was clogged and backing up into the downstairs shower. They came within hours and promptly resolved the problem. What a relief to know that in an emergency I can count on their service.

I woke up to no hot water , not good on any day. But today was 10 degrees. Curteous operator, quick call to set up appointment, and 2 great gentleman who installed a new tank , on the spot. Thank you to everyone at Empire Heating & Air Conditioning , they are the Best , wouldn't go anywhere else !

Thank you to Tim for coming out in the coldest night of the year to fix what (thankfully!) was a minor issue with our furnace. Nice and professional. A great smal biz in Irondequoit!!!!
