This Company is AMAZING! We had a serious sewage issue in our basement restroom, my wife contacted EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL in Rochester NY and within less than 24 hours Tom was at my door. He was very professional and diligent in his work. My basement restroom is back functioning, and the smell is totally gone. Thank you again Tom. Any future issues this is the FIRST Company we will be calling!

Thomas Probst is an amazing Gentleman. The manner in which he conducts himself is truly awe inspiring. I highly recommend him. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This man set up all the Industrial Drying Machines like they weigh nothing. He will help you every step of the way! This is a difficult process. I have never met anyone who made my life easier. I didn't understand what I really was in for. He came to my home everyday to check on the machines and my home. It was amazing.
