They helped get something satisfying even when it was not in the budget. The doctor and staff are the BEST; they take a lot of time, are very explanatory, experienced, knowledgeable, funny, and nice. The eye exam appointment was excellent. The check-in, eye pictures consultant, expert doctor experience, and check-out insurance & promo benefits were excellent throughout. Everyone is easy to deal with, takes the time, and makes you feel comfortable. It is a high recommendation for anyone in need of an eye exam from people that care and make you matter.
I brought my mom here who has Alzheimer’s for an eye exam. We were greeted by a genuinely sweet girl named Tori who ran a few tests. She was SO kind and patient with my mom. Then we saw Dr. Graby who was amazing with her (and me too bec I asked a lot of questions). It takes special people to show the level of care and respect they did. It meant a lot to us both. Thank you!
