I have issues with their service my beef is that I called for my appointment and asked if they did the paperwork for renewal of a car license. The girl giving me the appoint said oh yes absolutely and we had the paperwork at the Victor Office. So on May 13 2025 I had my appointment and told 2 employees and the Doctor that I needed my license renewed and I needed the paperwork filled out after my eye exam. The Dr. asked for my license and said he could do the paperwork and send to the DMV with no problem. Fast forward to June 6 . I called Cornerstone and asked them to check if the Dr had sent in the paperwork to the DMV? He did not and I was told they don’t do that anymore... read full review

Met with Sam first. She was very friendly, professional and explained each test she was doing. Then met with Dr Parks, as always friendly, professional and very detailed with explanations regarding next steps. Was quick to respond when I had a question after appointment. Entire staff have always been friendly and quick to help.

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Chelsea did the original prep/exam and then I saw Dr. Melissa Herman. Both were great. They were sociable, listened well to my concerns and explained things clearly. At check out the front desk staff were nice to deal with too.
