It is so sad for me to write this review. I have been a patient here for about 20 years. The 2 doctors I have worked with have been great through the years but they need to let go of their optician Mary Jo.
I had the worse experience I have ever had at any medical facility. I took a last minute appointment to check my prescription as it has been 2 years since with my last exam. My prescription changed slightly. I was so sick putting the new glasses on and do not have time before vacation to order my sunglasses. The entire reason why I made the appointment. I have been coming to Dr. Brown for more years than I can count. Recently, I asked him to fit me with glasses for mid vision which allow me to see better while working at my desk and my computer and although I was a bit nervous on how they would work out using them away from my desk...Dr. Brown listened to my request without judgment and Mary Jo assisted me with making sure they worked for me. Although I was told not to wear them while driving, I am very excited that I can see everything around me perfectly and I can still use them while doing everything else.Too many of us will easily complain about delays and things going wrong that may be beyond our control, but... read full review

Quick, easy and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous as it was my first full eye exam, but they explained everything to me in ways that helped me understand. Great experience.
