Sibel does a good job on threading your brows but she is very rude it’s apart of her personality she doesn’t give gd customer service, she rushes and she smokes cigarettes you can smell it on her heavy while she’s doing her brows

Wonderful experience, l went in with damaged eyebrows from a previous experience, l didn't think the technician would be able to get them to look decent. I was totally surprised that she actually made that one eyebrow look amazing! Perfect match to the other one. Great experience, the tech was awesome and friendly..

This was my first time going to this place and was leery due to all the poor reviews, but decided to roll the dice. Rinky (the nice one others recommended) no longer works here - I asked for her based upon others’ reviews.I saw Sibel instead who was very nice and welcoming, and she was the only one working. Fortunately I dodged the rude employee others warned others about.Threading didn’t take long and she did a good job trying to reshape my imperfect brows. I’d go back to her again! I do feel she was precise and knowledgeable.
