Ive been to several spas and massage places and I’ve gone to this Body vital spa twice now And both times have been amazing! I appreciate a firm massage and this place gives that. They ask the preferred pressure and I can tell when they follow a knot or stay in areas that need work. I’ve gotten an hour foot massage And I’ve also got an hour back massage in both were worth the money.
The masseuse are very polite. It’s not like a luxurious spa place but the environment is clean and soothing .

My wife has been coming here for reflexology for the last 2 years and before our Europe trip I decided to join her since we'd be doing alot of walking. Honestly, it was a great experience. At first, the interaction at the front desk wasn't as warm as I expected but I do believe she was doing her best taking care of her customers. Anyway, the 1-hour reflexology started out with soaking, neck, shoulders, and head which both of us really enjoyed. The staffs were friendly, professional and really good with the massage. I’ve always had a great experience at Body Vital! I’m a hairstylist so my back is always in bad shape. Michael has been my provider my last few visits and I have to say he’s one of the best! They do hot stones at the end of the massage and I always leave feeling better than I walked in.
