Professional, accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted( even though I could not articulate it) offered his EXPERT opinion, pointed out where my styling could be improved, and delivered the best haircut I have had in Rochester. Both Rob and Jared are amazing barbers!! The fades, beard work, etc.. always done proper, very classy and professional environment, very welcoming place. I don't do to many reviews but these guys have it down, highly recommend this shop.
