Ryan and Brad installed a new upgraded and expanded panel box and connection to the RG&E power to the house. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. And tested every outlet in the house! The best part was finally having a panel box clearly marked with rooms, outlets, utilities, ev charger, etc. No more guessing. Thanks, guys!

Had a full ac replacement. Jeff Knier was great from the start and the guys who installed it(Rob and Jared) were great. Wasn’t easy for them I don’t think due to layout but they crushed it. Clean, tidy and friendly.

Tech came out on the 7th and needed to order a part, was told it would be a week max. I called 2 weeks later because I haven't heard anything and was told I would get a call back. Still nothing. Called again and was told the part is on back order and they have no control on when the part will arrive from the manufacturer. That's not the point. I understand shipping delays.
It's the lack of communication and disrespect on the phone when I have to constantly call to get any type of update.
They charge you $140 for a diagnostic charge and then just don't keep you informed. Book with someone that keeps you in a loop and doesn't treat you badly when asking for an update almost 3 weeks later.

I was pleased to see Josh walk in. He is fast, efficient and does a great job. When I have a question or he finds something he explains it Respectfully, not talking down to me like I am an idiot. I will try to get him for All my appointments as I trust him.
