This was my 1st experience with Bath Fitters. Jordan was prompt and such a pleasure to have in our home. He was very thorough and you could tell he took pride in his work. He took the time to answer all our questions and went over the warranty. Absolutely love my new walk in shower and so greatful Jordan volunteered to come to Cicero, as he works out of the Rochester office. Highly recommend
We had three other companies come over and give presentations and then Marty from Bath Fitter took his turn. That’s all we needed because his presentation was by far the best. After our second meeting we signed on and less than a month later Trent and Matt were there installing our new shower. They were very professional and more importantly they did high quality work. While taking my first shower after the installation I didn’t want to get out. We are very happy and satisfied with the whole process and highly recommend Bath Fitter!
Derrick and partner were here at EXACTLY 8am. I absolutely love the no pressure saleman too. By far, this is my best decision for my home and me. And they left the areas spotless!! Highly recommend!!
