I bought a stove for them a few years back had no issues so I decided to go back and buy a washer and dryer and a stove when we received all the appliance everything worked fine. Two months later the washer stop spinning and won’t spin my clothes leave my clothes, soaking wet so I called to have them repair it. They couldn’t send some out for a week. Person never came here. It is a couple months later. I’m having the same issue with my washer, clothes won’t spin clothes are soaking wet. What a great company this is! I went in last night with my 2 wild kids and it was about 20 minutes until closing time. We were able to purchase a dryer and get it loaded onto our truck before the store closed! The guy working was super nice and patient with us and he was able to use my dad's IMS trade card for a quick and easy transaction. I cannot reccomend this place and these prices enough!
Great place to get high quality used appliances. I walked in and immediately found what I wanted. Two hunks showed up and delivered the washer and dryer and took away the older units hopefully to be refurbished or scrapped. Second time buying from Arctic. Great business, great service and selection.
