The staff and Dr at this office are very nice. However, for my first appointment I received the normal reminder call as well as letter that I received a few weeks before my appointment. Both the letter and reminder call stated not to take any of my normal allergy medications for 24 hrs. Erring on the side of caution I did not take my medicine for 48. I arrived for my appointment and was brought back and set up rather quickly. After waiting the 20 or so minutes with the allergens on my back the Dr came in and said that the test didn't seem to work because I should stopped my medicine 7 days before. So why did your letter and voicemail say 24 hrs?? So we schedule... read full review
