Lately, I've felt like customer services appeared to be diminishing and on the brink of extinction, until I came upon the store manager of LL Flooring in Riverhead, NY. I called the store because I had not received any updates about my order and my installation date was approaching. Nicole answered my call right away. She went above and beyond to find my order and provide the service and product that I was anticipating. She found my order with just my name and phone number. She explained some mechanical issues that they were having with their warehouse equipment. My husband and I went to visit based on our contractor’s recommendation and it was an awesome experience! Ivan and Malik were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. The store is also impressive and I liked the product layout of the various types of wood flooring being offered. I would highly recommend this establishment for one’s wood flooring needs. It’s also worth mentioning that customer service is everything and these two gentlemen were exceptional.

Ivan and the store manager in Riverhead were terrific to deal with! I had to return some of the flooring as I chose the wrong color; they made the return process so easy! And they were very helpful assisting me along the way choose the right oak product for my new den floor. Will definitely go back to them again!
