“This was my first time going to European Wax Center. After not getting waxed in years due to a terrible experience in the past, I was so nervous. I checked online and booked my appointment. The front desk receptionist was very nice. I was checked in and met with my wax specialist Nayalyn. Nayalyn asked me questions before we started like if this was my first time and I shared with her that is was my first at this place However I didn’t have good experiences in the past with wax. She shared with me the reasons why what happened to me can happen to anyone and she let me know that she would share ways to avoid it happening in the future. We got started and Nayalyn was so gentle and took her time with me. As I braced myself for any pain I noticed that because Natalyn talked to me the whole time it took the pain away. Once everything was done I felt like a whole new person. Natalyn walked me outside and shared with me a few products I could purchase to avoid any skin issues like I had in the past. I was able to book my next appointment and receive a discount since it was my first time. I also was given another discount if I refer a friend. Thanks Nayalyn for taking good care of me. “First time getting a wax treatment EVER so I was quite nervous to begin with. Somehow when I made the reservation online, I booked at a different (nearby) location in error!

Thankfully Briana at the front desk was able to discover my error quickly and find a way to accommodate me even though this location was closing a half an hour later! Very professional and I was surprised as I was expecting to be told to reschedule. Great service already before the wax even started!

I was blessed to have Auliya as my wax specialist, she was very upbeat and reassuring about the process. We had a nice chat and it all went very smoothly (pun intended!). Now I know which specialist to book with moving forward!
