The price to clean a sports jacket was quoted as $17.95, somewhat pricey I thought, and the posted sign listed the price as $12.95. I was in a hurry at the time I dropped off the jacket not paying attention, grabbed the ticket and left. I asked the worker why the price was so high, and was told the jacket is made of wool and heavy. I pointed out that it was a sport jacket and the posted price at $12.95 should be the charge. The worker finally reduced the charge to $15.95, and refused to budge. I guess the haggling should be done before they clean the item
