I was traveling through Rhinebeck and needed an emergency repair on my glasses frame. I was seen promptly, and the repair was made in short order. I was grateful to find a friendly and competent shop to solve my issue.
My entire experience with Rhinebeck Eye Care was positive, comfortable and informative. Scheduling an appointment was easy, the staff at the front desk made check in easy, and Dr. Mike Madigan was extremely informative and helpful. The whole process was quick, but certainly not rushed. Happy to find an eye dr. I’m confident going to and has my best interest at heart.
I’d been going to a chain eye doctor’s office since I was a child. When I went to Rhinebeck Eyecare I was pleased with the experience. The appointment was thorough and addressed concerns I thought I just had to live with - making sure I understood everything. The staff is friendly and the selection of frames is great. I also appreciated that I was able to try my lenses before buying them - making sure they were right for me. I now take my kids to this office as well.
