Joe was reccomended to me by a family member and he and his teamed assessed the situation - the entire roof needed to be replaced. The house is unique, and once construction began, what they found was shocking - every single sheet of roof decking was wood rotted, and the roof was designed in a way that could not properly ventilate and sheer edges that made normal drip edge less than ideal for moisture control.

Joe and his team came up with innovated solutions to deal with both problems, replaced every sheet of plywood at a fair price, and installed an amazing roof that gives us the confidence our house will now hold up to the elements.

“This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you“
