“My wife and I just bought a house and understood there was some roofing repairs needed. Joe was reccomended to me by a family member and he and his teamed assessed the situation - the entire roof needed to be replaced. Not what you want to hear after just buying a house, but Joe gave us the peace of mind we needed through the entire process.

The house is unique, and once construction began, what they found was shocking - every single sheet of roof decking was wood rotted, and the roof was designed in a way that could not properly ventilate and sheer edges that made normal drip edge less than ideal for moisture control.

Joe and his team came up with innovated solutions to deal with both problems, replaced every sheet of plywood at a fair price, and installed an amazing roof that gives us the confidence our house will now hold up to the elements.

Joe's communication was timely and excellent and I now know a great deal more than I ever expected to about roofing!
