I love your studio in East Greenbush! Super supportive and friendly staff, very clean and lovely space. I have been telling everyone about your program and knowledgeable instructors.
All the classes are so great! It is an awesome workout and so good for my joints.The best class in my opinion is the HOT fusion with Dana. Sadly she is no longer at the Albany location.
Yoga is Excellent for you , Saved My Life , More Energy Just Fantastic for all systems of the Body , heart, lungs , liver , etc. , Yoga should be taught in grade school , great for your joints and flexibility , strength
