I’ve been using Swan Cleaners for a countless number of years. I’ve lived in the Forest Hills/Rego Park area for most of my life. Perhaps the person who wrote the review saying the service was not to their liking was having a bad day themselves? but I’ve never found the service anything but outstanding! Their alterations are excellent, and my clothes are always ready when promised. Thank you Swan Cleaners!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This family owned, small business is a neighborhood gem. I regularly patronize this establishment, trusting the owners with cleaning and alterations for both every day clothing and high end designer garments. The owners go above and beyond with each alteration. I wouldn't trust another business with my designer pieces and feel fortunate to have such exceptional service at a local shop. Great asian owned laundry cleaning store. Atmosphere is little laid back but associate is nice. They charge $2.50 for shirt cleaning and promise proper justice to collar and cuffs. They also run delivery point for Amazon and pickup process is fast & smooth.
