Rouge Nails & Spa is a well-liked neighborhood salon that has been serving customers for around 7 years. The staff, including Helen, are friendly and provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, with results that last over a month. The salon offers a great variety of colors and beautiful nail designs. Although there can be long waits, customers find it worth it for the clean and modern environment, and the professional and efficient service they receive. The staff always ensure hygienic practices, such as placing plastic for the foot spa machine. Overall, Rouge Nails & Spa is a highly recommended nail salon.
The service isn’t the greatest. The gel colors are old. They like to work fast but messy. They are NOT professionals with gel x. Demeanor isn’t pleasant. The place looks nice. I had to go there because my regular salon was overbooked so I came here as a last resort. Definitely avoiding going forward.
No complaints. Been coming here for the last 7 years since it's my neighborhood salon. She did exactly the service I requested with no issues. I liked the quality of her work and her vibe! She was friendly, courteous and efficient! Will be back
This is so disappointing. I went there my first time and it was wonderful experience but my second time was just traumatic and upsetting. Please don't go to Helen she needs to stop working there after all of these reviews it looks like she's the problem Their service is great except for her. She doesn't wear gloves and her skin and nails are bloody, she has insanely dry and rough skin that SHE KEPT PICKING AT. I ask for usually two things and that's to NOT drill my natural nails(they are thin and brittle already) and to just push cuticles back if you're not planning to cut them at least. She OVER drilled and did not even prep my nails before dip powder. she went over the cuticle skin and did not even file shape to how I requested(i asked for almond and half became coffin) Not only that but when she opened the dip powder there was too much in the container so she poured some out in the cap and placed it in the side and forgot about it. after she finished the dip she took the cover and placed it on top and forgot the left over dip that just went ALL OVER. she did not bother to even clean it up she just oops sorry and brushed it off onto the floor During the soak off of the powder when it became goopy and sticky she didn't even bother to clean off each individual nail. she just took a piece of bounty and placed it on top of one nail and dragged the goop all over from one nail to the next. I can tell she was planning to start working on my nails without cleaning it so I had to stop and ask to wash my hands before she began. And then once she finished with the top coat she left so that it can dry but once she came by she accidentally nicked three nails and messed them up. she only fixed two of them and left the third one. and then SHE NICKED IT AGAIN and blamed it on me. And the end it came out okay and the color is pretty I went home and fixed my nails now so I cant show you what they looked like before The manager left before I could say anything but just a reminder don't go to Helen I wanted to cry on the way out i've never felt like this way at a salon before
