I don't know that I've ever felt more fully relaxed as when I left Body Balance Massage. I booked a last minute 90 minute deep tissue service after a nasty fall that threw my sciatica into a tizzy, on recommendation from a friend. Start to finish my experience with Body Balance was incredible and seamless. Booking was simple and fast. Policies and information are clearly detailed. On arrival at the studio, I immediately felt a lift of tension. Not only is the reception area perfectly zen, the massage room is absolute perfection. Spacious but welcoming, the most comfortable massage table, perfect temperature and the most perfect start to an all around perfect service. Jessica took the time to ask for focus areas and immediately went to work on these. She focused strategically on these areas to start and I immediately felt relief. The entire service felt very detailed and intentional. She checked in on pressure approval and consistently made me feel at ease in her care. I didn't want to leave that table after my 90 minutes was up and immediately advised I would be back. Jessica is a true master at her skill / craft and has created a beautiful space to heal. If you're considering checking out her services, I can't encourage you enough. I've already booked my next appointment. Two days later and my body feels INCREDIBLE and ready for my very busy weekend ahead. Usually only takes about 15 min and I'm done, last year with covid all I had to do was drop it off, when it was done they called me to come get it, very convenient....
The vets here are great except I had one bad experience with a vet and it made me discouraged about my animal I don’t recommend a particular vet there but everyone else is very pleasant and a joy to have out

I worked for Jan and John lukens 60 years ago. John was my gym teacher and got me to work the farm in summer. At a very young age I traveled with them all over to different horse shows. Loved it. I probably can still remember to put still harnesses on. Jeffery was about 5 then. I lived in Mobile next to the barn. Msg was the best experience. They brought in man called seaweed. I could not handle 10 horses by my self. Seaweed showed me everything about NYC. I miss the horse I still remember some of their names and owners.
