How often do you find a business that 1. Responds to email, phone calls, texts promptly, 2. Gives you a prompt estimate, 3. Sets up the job in a very short period of time and 4. Workers/owner shows up as promised on time and delivers an outstanding job. Hmmm..well Staats Masonry is this company, if i could give 10 stars I would.
Bo and his son Nigel and crew of course did a fantastic job on my garage floor. They were attentive to detail and my needs for the job. The job was completed in a timely manner (3 days total) with no breaks we had good weather and they took advantage of it. Kept the area cleaned up at all times and had the tools to do the job correctly and answered any questions I had about the process. I would have them back again for any masonry job I highly recommend them. BTW buy em lunch they're worth it . PS his wife Serena did an awesome job of communicating and coordination of the work never left me hanging as to when it would be done.
