For our project our needs required the rental of a clean fill dumpster. And though we needed multiple dumpsters - his team delivered on time and made sure the dumpsters were readily available while we had the workers and equipment on-site.

My ancient oil boiler finally died right at the beginning of heating season. My house was freezing cold, and I needed help immediately. When I asked my friends for a good installer/repairperson, C&M Mechanical came highly recommended by everyone, and I can see why. They came out to my home quickly, gave me a fair quote on a brand new propane system, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. They were able to install my system promptly and did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my new system to me. They even left my basement looking cleaner than they'd found it! C & M came out again when one of my zones wasn't heating properly, and discovered the cause was a faulty thermostat, which they replaced for me on site. Wow Riverview! Where have you been? We hired them in spring 0f 2025 and had a great summer season! BY FAR the best we have had in years! Then came the winter from hell! And they were up to this challenge also! There were a couple of bumps along the way, but what I like most about them is how they handled each! Professional and quick with no push back. Really great experience with them beginning to end. Easy to set up an appointment, quick response time, great communication, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Fixed the dishwasher.
They got the job done on time and under budget. Don went above and beyond, even giving us pointers on our generator system. We have several more jobs that need to be done on this place, and we'll be using Kot for all of them.
Today was the second time in a year I used Rapid Responce Basement solutions. The first time was for a foundation repair where they literally saved me thousands of dollars versus another heavily advertised basement company. Today was to install a sump pump system with a battery back up. Extremely happy with both and would definitely recommend them. Very happy with Rick and his team!
