“Had Sammy Steamer steam clean our personal and rental units and, wow, what a difference it made for us!!! The units are wall to wall carpeting in every room (besides kitchen). Our long time tenants are great, but have pets (we love them). Needless to say, any traffic, human or pet, generates dirt, dust, waste, etc. As a simple gesture of our appreciation for them being great tenants, we wanted to give back and thought that it would be a win-win for both parties. In the end, that's exactly what it was, they are very happy, and so are we.
