Sparrow Heating is first in class. Prompt, very experienced, problem solvers and consistent personnel coverage. Best decision to move my HVAC needs to Sparrow after decades with larger company that sent new inexperienced techs each time.

After getting ghosted by another company because our system is very dated we called Sparrow. Matt provided us with an estimate within a few days and upgraded our system soon thereafter. Everyone who we dealt with from the office to the technicians were great!

Bill was back on site yesterday to perform annual maintenance on the HVAC units. Last Monday June 30th he was here to trouble shoot and repair the broken split unit for our new Sunroom/Kitchen areas. On both visits he did a thorough job. That mini-split unit was low on freon, which he added. He also did a thorough inspection to see if there were any leaks, of which he couldn't find any. He followed up yesterday on this issue.
