Mr. Yuri Aminov is a great choice if you’re in need of a Home Inspector. He is professional and extremely thorough, provides great details and explains his comments and reasoning during the walk through, as well as, in his very detailed report that he provides quite quickly after the inspection. Indeed, Yuri quoted 1-3 days for the report but got the finished report to me within less than 24 hours after inspecting the home.
When I shared the Inspection report to my attorney, followed by my contractor, both were extremely impressed at how thorough and detailed the Inspection Report.
