The spa has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the efficient and attentive service, as well as the wide range of services and the spotless, modern facility. However, others have reported inconsistent service and dissatisfaction with nail quality. The spa is known for its professional staff, relaxing ambiance, and convenient location with easy parking.
I've been a client of Ying Nails for 3+ years now. The techs are friendly, experienced and very professional. Booking an appt around my schedule has never been an issue; every 2-3 weeks. I've been very happy with their services and several friends have also become clients. I often bring my 92 year old mother with me to get her manicure and she always leaves happy. Everyone I've recommended to Ying Nails has become a customer. Kim usually does my nails but the other techs are pretty good. Wendy recently joined and did my nails bc Kim was off She did an amazing job on my builder gel nails with chrome. Excellent salon, highly recommended!
