Loved my experience here! I got a regular mani pedi ($35 before tip) and they were super efficient and listened to my asks attentively and delivered exactly what I asked for. In a neighborhood full of nail spots I’m glad I found Potala and will definitely be coming back

Jessy is GREAT!!!! I have been getting my nails done here for a long time. The ladies are all so pity and hardworking. The place is conveniently located on Steinway street near 30th Avenue. They are open 7 days and their prices are very reasonable. I have had my mani and pedi done with at least 3 different ladies and they are all great however my favorite has to be Jessy. She is so good and yet quick but thorough. She is so hardworking and never turns no one away besides she is very precise when giving the wait times. Great job Jessy

I used to go here a lot. Lately less because the service has become less friendly. I've always been a very good tipper so it can't be that. I would rather be somewhere where my patronage was appreciated. Not fully convinced about the quality of services either. Services take literally forever and last week's gel manicure peeled off.... Sorry. I kept on giving this place another try but no.Services: Gel manicure
