Urban Professional Services did a great job on my roof. It was professional customer service from the start to finish. Everyone - from Nancy arranging things at office; to Charles coming over to explain project process, costs and financing; to Leon and Antonio checking up that things happened as should; to the crew being on time, efficient, fast pros and with exceptional clean up each day; the experience was stressless. Must add that Charles made sure all my questions and added request were addressed. The job was done with best materials. Warranties on work was sent timely for my records Thank you Urban Professional Services !
