Very caring and attentive to our needs. My mom has Alzheimer’s dementia and require 24 hour care. Tri-Med has stepped up to the plate and their service has been awesome. The care takers treat my mom like she is their mom and handle all abuse from my mom with ease and never gets flustered. They are God send and I’m extremely grateful for their service and hardwork. Caring for someone with dementia is not easy and always extremely challenging and I’m proud to have them partner with us. Thank you!!!
Very bad coirdination department. My mom is 97 and so many emergencues. In experienced,non english..hindi speaking aides. Do not use them. Suppirt after hrs siting in india with local number. They have no idea. I had the agency for 5 yrs am going to change it!

Ms Tania who has worked with us for a while possesses an admirable personality.
She is kind, patient, compassionate, attentive and full of empathy and dedicated.
